If the buyer refuses to accept the goods, it will be treated as a commercial dispute. This could play out in two ways:

  1. If the buyer refuses the entire shipment, you will need to refund the amount that we have advanced to you. The shipment will belong to you and you may dispose of it as you deem fit.

  2. The buyer may demand a discount. This will need to be borne by you. Drip Capital will recover any short payment from you if the need arises.
